Another bomb video by So Me, the designer behind Justice and Ed Banger records.

In 2006, Michael Selditch and Rob Tate made a one-off TV special on Jay McCarroll for bravo called, "Project Jay." "Eleven Minutes" picks up where that story ends... The result is a down-and-dirty "Unzipped" with more work and less glamour. Click photo above to watch the trailer. [Via: Blogging Project Runway]
Uh... the Flight Of The Conchords just walked past the Coffee Garden on Main Street and I just sat there because, well I had to get my coffee I guess. Drats! They were here performing at some corporate conference called Omniture Summit which wasn't open to the public. Talk about WAY dumb. If anyone has info on sightings or impromptu performances of Albi The Racist Dragon, please post comments.
!Update! Mr. "Jermaine" is filming a movie in town called, Gentlemen Broncos. [Thanks John W.]
Maybe I've posted this before but it's the gift that keeps on giving. Brenda Dickson's "Welcome To My Home". Also see the many parody's if you can't get enough. (nsfw). Brenda is for real and according to her klassy website she's back in Hollywood creating "Red Carpet Madness".
I wish I had seen Sunshine in a theater. It's one of the best looking and though provoking Sci-Fi films in years from director Danny Boyle of 28 Days Later and the classic Trainspotting.

Put on a happy face. [Thanks Demian]
M.I.A. rools and they ain't no denying it. Check our her new video for "Jimmy" (above) and "Bird Flu" which has her running through the streets wearing a SARS mask. Hot. [Thanks 32]
If you've never seen the classic movie Blade Runner or haven't in a while, definitely see Ridley Scott's new Final Cut remaster/re-edit. He took out the narration the studio imposed on him and added some new scenes along with tightening it up in general. It set the standard for the look of all science fiction that followed it and was more stylistically and visually creative than most of the digital effects based films we see today.
